Complaint channel

At arttalo TECH we make a complaints channel available to clients, suppliers and workers.

This channel allows you to send any questions or inquiries regarding ethics and compliance, as well as any potentially irregular activities and behaviors. If you wish, the communication can be anonymous.

All communications will be received and analyzed diligently, rigorously, and confidentially by Isabel Justicia Cano (Human Resources manager at arttalo TECH). The maximum response time shall not exceed one month, extending to two months in cases of special complexity.

In all cases, a detailed and best practices-based protocol will be applied to provide a structured response and treatment.
